Langwarrin Project
High end construction on a large site. The home boasts large areas with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 4 walk in robes, Powder room, Mud room, Laundry, 6 car garage and 2 large deck areas.
The home comprises large highlight ceilings, spotted gum timber floor, over size sliding doors and windows. The external fabric has everything from expressed eaves and linings, honed block work and timber feature panels and of course the good old red bricks for the piers and large fireplace in the centre of the home.
Frankston Project
Recently completed 4 bed SDA NDIS group home including full landscaping, fencing, 4 large bedrooms 2 living areas with highlight vaulted ceilings and large kitchen and separate pantry.
The bathrooms and bedrooms are hoist compliant and easy for cleaning. Electric heating and cooling through with hydronic panels are supported by a large solar install making this home very efficient.
The walls are robust with villa board lined, solid doors and steel door jambs for strength. Each bedroom has access to a courtyard to collect the sun. The house is protected by a fire service and smoke alarm system with egress compliant electric strikes.
The Overnight Care sleepover room has its own Ensuite and side access with built in joinery and LED strip lights. The building has passed all SDA and building surveyor requirements.
Mt Evelyn Project
Completed 2020, this is a 5 unit SDA home under one roof. We completed the extensive landscape and drainage works within a highly treed street scape.
The modern home has 5 individual units with large kitchen, dining, living room large bathroom with laundry and bedroom. Each unit also has an enclosed back yard.
The complex has common hallway with access at both ends and sleepover fit out with Ensuite and rear access. The site is very large giving each family space and privacy.
